Following an extensive and competitive recruitment process, Border Trust is delighted to announce the appointment of Sue Gold to the position of Executive Officer, commencing Monday 16th January, 2023.
Acting Board Chair, Julia Vesval said the high-calibre appointment is testament to the strength of the organisation and its vision for the future. “Sue has a deep understanding of the local not-for-profit sector together with strategic and business acumen and will focus on how Border Trust, with our donors and partners, supports those working on the ground to deliver positive outcomes for the benefit of our regional community”.
In further staff news, we are also thrilled to retain the expertise of Glenys Atkins, who will step into the Grant Coordinator role upon the retirement of Michael Salter, at the end of January 2023.
