Hume Bank has generously supported Border Trust since we began our philanthropic journey in 2005.
As our inaugural Foundation Builder, Hume’s unwavering support continues to include the in-kind provision of high profile, street level office space which has given us the ability to focus on our core purpose – to enable local people to shape the future of their community.
Hume Bank’s support has flowed through to other specific fundraising causes and campaigns including the annual Back to School Program: a reflection of our shared values and commitment to the wellbeing of our region.
In July 2024, Hume Bank announced the launch of its dedicated Hume Bank Safer Communities Fund in support of creating a safer community and helping to end domestic and family violence. The fund will contribute financial support directly to frontline family and domestic violence services across the region via the Hume Bank Safer Communities Grant Program.
In partnership with Hume Bank, Border Trust will receive and manage donations and deliver the grant program.
