2018 GOLF DAY HITS THE MARK IN MORE WAYS THAN ONE
We must have friends in high places, because Adroit’s annual charity golf day squeezed in to a perfect day, right between 35 degree heat and the cool & wet weekend. Weren’t we lucky!

2017 CHARITY GOLF DAY WAS A HIT!
Whilst we’re very excited about May and Local Giving Month, April 2017 saw $9,500 raised at the Adroit Charity Golf Day. A very big thank you to Adroit and everyone who sponsored and participated in the day. These vital funds ensure Border Trust can continue to support local not for profit organisations achieve great things for our community.
No pun intended, but we had a ball on the day. Great course, perfect weather, fantastic organisation, happy players and generous sponsors. Thanks everyone who helped make it such a great day.

CONGRATULATIONS & THANK YOU To Michael Salter and staff at ADROIT INSURANCE GROUP ALBURY who hosted their third Charity Golf Day (2015).
As a result of the generosity of the sponsors and participants, Adroit raised around $7500 on the day to donate to Border Trust.

The Annual Border Trust Charity Golf Day was a fantastic event with 18 teams competing at the Thurgoona Golf Club. Once again the Team at ADROIT INSURANCE GROUP ALBURY did a wonderful job organising and hosting the day.
There was some keen competition around the course. Despite numerous valiant attempts, a hole in one proved elusive and the HARLEY DAVIDSON MOTOR BIKE – courtesty of PHIL’S GARAGE and the SUBARU XV – courtesy of BAKER MOTORS, remained well out of reach !

INAUGURAL CHARITY GOLF DAY – 2013
Cheques were presented by Adroit Insurance Group Albury’s Operations Manager, Michael Salter on 3 December 2013.
Michael Salter expressed his appreciation for the wonderful support the event received from both sponsors and participants.
“While the two major hole-in-one prizes didn’t go off, there was no shortage of quality golf in the company of friends and colleagues, and we look forward to hosting the event again next year. Events such as our golf day enable Adroit to involve our staff in supporting charities in the region we work in, and to develop awareness of how relatively small contributions can make a big difference to those providing vital programs and services”.
The team from Specialty Press took out the honours on the day.
The funds raised will assist Border Trust to build a perpetual fund for the benefit of the region, now and in the future. Border Trust’s annual grant round shows clearly that communities have needs that are not being met. Border Trust will continue to build awareness of the benefits of local giving.
