Border Trust’s mission is to promote local philanthropy and provide funds to projects which add value to our communities.

Our volunteer board are energetic, philanthropically minded individuals with a strong commitment to the local area.

Our Board members, past and present, have worked hard across all areas of our operation since commencing in 2005 and believe that our aims connect with what many of us aspire to at a business and personal level: that is, to give where we live.

Border Trust’s annual Board renewal process has now closed, BUT, this doesn’t mean we wouldn’t love to have you involved. If you do have time, passion and skills you’d like to share for the benefit of our community, we would be very happy to chat about other ways you could get involved.  This could be through one of our Committees (Raising Funds, Governance or Granting) or through a more time specific Working Party for a particular event.

We’re looking forward to meeting our new candidates and will introduce our new Board members following the AGM in October.

At our 2016 AGM we farewelled & thanked retiring Board members
Barbara Ross, Joanne Diver and Amanda Solly.

We welcome newcomers Gaye Pattison, Kerryn Arnold & Grace Churches.
